Greenhouse Boilers
need to be “piped up” to
operate,
they won’t just work out of the box
They
need a “primary loop”. The primary loop is the
piping adjacent to the boiler that contains vital components
required for system operation. This includes the fill valve,
air scoop, expansion tank, pumps, water level and pressure
safety controls,
and much more.
Using standard piping assemblies, we can provide a
completely pre-assembled greenhouse heater piping system
for your new boiler room. Having us build your “primary”
piping is a very good value and saves countless hours
of head-scratching and trips to the supply house.
When you buy a boiler system from us, you have two basic
choices for getting the piping put together:
You
can build your own piping system using drawings we provide.
This requires special skills and a fair bit of time.
You might even consider having one of our crew come
in and do all the work for you. Or buy your boiler system
with a pre-assembled “primary loop”.
This is how we do it:
Using special fixtures that mimic the exact size and shape of your boiler or
boilers, we assemble a complete primary loop, complete from the boiler ports
through the system pump(s).
Notes:
• Pre-assembled boiler primary loop systems are provided
in copper only.
• Pre-assembled boiler primary loop systems are available only with TrueLeaf
boilers.
