Warm-Floor Tubing Protective Sleeve Material:
We like to see our customers get the maximum life out
of their greenhouse heating system investment and putting
these inexpensive “sleeves” over the tubing
where it comes up and out of the slab helps ensure that.
For a small cost, each tube is protected from UV light,
collision damage, and abrasion. Installed from the slab
level up to the manifold height.
Bend Support:
These handy units hold your floor tubing at a perfect 90° bend, simplifying
installation. Each is made with a handy nail hole to keep your bends where
they belong. Available for 3/4” and
1/2” tubing.
Warm-Floor Compression Fittings—Brass:
Use these fittings to attach warm-floor tubing to supply and return manifolds.
These brass compression style fittings offer a very secure connection with
the long-term value of solid brass. Our fittings come with a unique ferrule
and nut assembly for easy assembly.
Warm-Floor Compression Fittings—Plastic:
Like
our brass connectors, these fittings are used to attach warm-floor tubing to
supply and return manifolds. We’ve worked hard with our overseas
partners to bring you the best values in many areas.
This is another example of an unusual and very high quality product, offered
at a budget price. The large nut makes assembly quite easy and fast. The entire
fitting is UV stabilized for full-sun applications.
Warm-Floor Tubing Shut-Off Valves:
Many growers like the security of knowing they can isolate a Warm-Floor tube
run anytime with an easy turn of a valve. Usually installed on both the supply
and return connections, they may never even get used, but it’s good insurance.
We offer our shut-off valves in both brass and plastic.
Warm-Floor Tubing Splice Couplers:
When we started doing warm-floors, we never allowed splicing of the tubing
under the concrete. We were concerned about avoiding all possible leaks in
the long term. While we still try to set up projects so we minimize under-floor
splices, with these connections we don’t worry about leaks any more.
Warm-Floor Tubing Tie-Downs:
If you are using re-mesh as a layout guide for your warm-floor heating tubes,
these ties are ideal for securing the tubing to the wire.
We recommend spacing them not farther than 4’ on center to keep your
tubes straight and in place when pouring concrete.
The “Clipper”:
Even though tie-wraps work great to secure warm-floor tubing, the Clipper eliminates
all the bending over and makes this time-consuming job go by much faster.
Get a Clipper and get off your knees! Only available for 1/2” tubing.
Pressurizing Kits:
We like to pressurize our greenhouse warm-floor projects with air during the
pour. This makes any of the very rare leaks show up much more obviously than
using water
pressure. Our kits can be configured to adapt to any manifold material, PVC,
Copper, or Steel. Simply pressurize with an air compressor and keep an eye
out during the pour and finishing for telltale bubbles.

T ubing Uncoiler:
This handy helper makes pulling floor loops much easier than the old “two
sawhorses and a pipe” method. It handles all sizes of coils. The coil
sits on the tripod and is held in place by the four guide-bars. The tubing
feeds through a guide ring on top of the uncoiler.
Preassembled Copper Manifolds:
We assemble these copper manifolds using a new “Press-Fit”
machine in our plant in California. Made custom to
your personal needs, they are guaranteed not to leak
and
will make installation much easier. These are really
intended for the small to medium sized greenhouse
heat project
where you want to handle installation yourself and
not bring in a welder or plumber.

Professional Tubing Cutter:
This cutter is designed specifically for cutting HDX or GreenPEX tubing. It’s
a high quality all metal tool designed for daily tough jobsite use.
